What we look for

A clinician who reads radiographs, sequences care and decides between intervention and surveillance — able to explain what in the image and the patient drove the plan, not just the plan itself.

Payment

Rates for this network: €55–€110 / hour. The rate is agreed before you start, never after.
Paid weekly, every Friday, by bank transfer — for work completed by the Wednesday. You engage as an independent contractor and are responsible for your own tax; we issue the invoice on your behalf, so there is no paperwork at your end.
Earnings are recorded on an append-only, tamper-evident trail — corrections appear as new visible entries, never as edited balances.
Quality review never affects payment. Work reviewed and found short is still paid for. If your work repeatedly falls below the bar we will tell you directly and stop offering that kind of engagement — we will not quietly withhold money.

Confidentiality & your professional obligations

You never bring client, patient or employer material. Every task is supplied by us. What you contribute is your reasoning — not your files, and not anyone else's data.
Nothing here asks you to act outside your professional obligations or your regulator's code of conduct. If a task ever looks like it does, decline it and tell us.
