Real work, not trivia
Every assessment asks you to do the work of your field: critique a flawed analysis, author a grading rubric, or reason through a live scenario in a spoken, proctored interview. Questions rotate from large verified pools, so no two papers are alike.
Every item is verified before it can examine anyone
Scenarios and tasks are drafted, then attacked by an independent model looking for unfair criteria or impossible arithmetic, and finally approved one-by-one by a named practising professional. Nothing enters the live draw without a person standing over it.
Your work is evidence, not a grade
We do not publish scores or pass/fail verdicts. A completed assessment joins your application portfolio — alongside your CV, calibration interview and completed projects — and project teams review it against each project's own requirements. Different datasets need different strengths; one universal bar would measure the wrong thing.
Integrity, decided by people
Submissions pass through integrity tripwires, and interviews are spoken and on camera. A tripped wire is evidence, never a verdict — a person reads your work before anything is decided.
