Our judgment assessments now run as spoken interviews: a scenario from your field is read to you, you think it through out loud, commit to a position, take adaptive follow-ups, and defend or revise your reasoning once when it is challenged.
The interview is conducted by our own voice pipeline running entirely on EU infrastructure — speech recognition, reasoning and synthesis included — and is proctored by camera and microphone throughout. If your connection drops, you resume exactly where you left off.
Why spoken? Because reasoning out loud is hard to fake and easy to grade fairly: the criteria reward engaging with the problem — including wrong turns — and a well-argued position that disagrees with ours scores as highly as one that agrees. Completed interviews join your application portfolio and are reviewed per project.
